Clean 3-3-3-3-3 Rest 5:00min For Time: 12-9-6 Overhead Squat, 135/95 lbs Chest to Bar Pull-up

cleans: 55-60-65-70-75

Time: 7:56 with 55lb for OH Squat and one red and one black band for pull-ups

unable to perform cleans well. can’t seem to get the bar up . have to learn to squat when bringing bar up to shoulders.
